What Youโll Do:
As a Shift Supervisor, youโll be the go-to person for leading and supporting our team during your shift. Hereโs how youโll make it happen:
- Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Set the tone for exceptional customer service and a positive workplace for employees.
- Lead the Team: Provide daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks, ensuring everyone stays on track and productive.
- Train and Develop: Oversee training and growth opportunities for employees, offering support and communicating performance feedback to management.
- Keep Things Stocked: Maintain inventory levels by ensuring merchandise is rotated, replenished, and ready for customers.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, youโll bring the following:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience:ย 1ย year supervisory experience in a retail/food environment preferred.ย
- Leadership Skills: A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide employees.
