The Product Marketing team uses creativity, market research, and insights to optimize and inspire roadmaps for products across Snap Inc. This team works in a highly collaborative environment to deliver go-to-market efforts and strategies to demonstrate the role that Snapchat plays in the lives of our community and helps businesses grow.

We're looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team at Snap Ads! Our team's goals are to accelerate Snap's ads revenue and active advertiser growth by deeply understanding advertiser needs, planning and executing product launches, scaling product adoption and developing long-term product, vertical and advertiser segment growth strategies. What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing Science, Product Managers, and Biz Marketing to develop sales strategy and execution of high - impact products within Snap's Revenue Product verticals of Core/API solutions.

  • Act as the voice of the advertiser by gathering and synthesizing feedback on new and existing features, directly informing the Interfaces product strategy and roadmap shared with Director and MD-level leadership

  • Cultivate trusted relationships with Director and MD-level stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing, influencing without authority to align on priorities and investment trade-offs

  • Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for new Ads feature own positioning, messaging, sales activation, and integrated marketing to drive awareness, adoption, revenue and growth at scale

  • Define and track KPIs for adoption, advertiser satisfaction, and revenue, delivering clear performance narratives to senior leadership in QBRs and strategic reviews

  • Establish scalable feedback loops between advertisers, sales and product teams to prioritize high-impact opportunities and improve the end-to-end advertiser experience

  • Coach and up-level peers and junior PMMs, setting the standard for go-to-market excellence and AI fluency whilst elevating the craft of product marketing across the team.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced expertise in digital advertising, monetization, and platform strategy

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the highest levels

  • Proven leadership in scaling marketing programs and frameworks globally

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills and experience across business, technical teams and Advertiser/Agency Senior Leadership

  • Ability to operate autonomously and lead in ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams

  • Demonstrated ability to champion AI adoption and lead the automation of manual workflows, freeing team capacity to focus on high-value strategic work that drives business impact

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or other relevant digital marketing or advertising roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading marketing for advertising or technology products at scale

  • Proficiency in GTM frameworks and strategic narrative development

  • Ability to translate market intelligence into product direction

  • Comfortable with data analysis and visualization using tools like Looker or similar platforms

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$284,000 annually.


Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $181,000-$270,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $162,000-$241,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
