We are looking for an individual to help increase service levels and sales all while increasing market share. The best candidates will be honest and ethical self-starters who can work unsupervised and can reach goals.  You would be working for an individual Snap On Tools Franchisee, with multiple trucks helping in day to day operations between different routes.  

This role is critical because…

This person will be helping increase Snap-on's market share and raising the level of service we can provide to the customer.  This is a Salaried position plus sales incentive bonus, Company provided vehicle during working hours, Paid Vacations after one year of service and 401k available after 1 year of service.  Pay is salary plus commission.  With a range of $50,000-$65,000/year.
