PAY & BENEFITS
Our Residential HVAC Installers enjoy a highly competitive salary of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our team receives superb benefits and perks, including a company-sponsored retirement plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, direct deposit, paid classroom training, no evening installations, and plenty of opportunities for advancement. THE TYPE OF RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can lead a two-man crew installing furnaces, air conditioners, hot water heaters, and ductless mini-split systems for residential customers and meets these qualifications:
  • General electrical knowledge
  • 3+ years of experience working as a lead installation tech for residential and very light commercial HVAC equipment
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record

NATE certification would be a plus but is not required.
Possessing these traits would also be ideal:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional Leadership skills
  • A positive attitude
