Investor Relations Specialist ***Must have current Series 7 license***

Department: Investor Relations

Work Location: ONSITE, North Phoenix/Scottsdale

Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Pay Range: $75,000 base + UNCAPPED monthly commissions

Position Overview:

Join a firm where financial professionals spend more time serving clients and less time fighting bureaucracy. As a member of our elite team, you will have access to primarily inbound leads generated from television ads and extensive marketing. Our team works with company-generated leads rather than building a book from scratch, which gives them more time to focus on investor education, relationship management, and suitability review aligned with their objectives. We provide monthly UNCAPPED payouts based on a performance formula that is defined upfront, and a culture that values autonomy and client-first relationships.

This role is designed for professionals who excel at fostering confidence, understanding complex investor needs, and serving as a trusted resource throughout the investment journey. You will work with investors to assess suitability, provide thoughtful market and product insights, and deliver a high-touch client experience that reinforces credibility and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a meaningful rapport with potential and current investors, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, and following up on leads/tasks. No cold calling.

Understand potential and current investors' needs and identify potential investment objectives. Explain and demonstrate product.

Collaborate with the Compliance Department to ensure documents comply with SEC, FINRA, and company regulations and industry standards.

Gather investor financial data to make appropriate recommendations of suitability for investment. Attend all meetings and training courses as required. Keep up with product information, updates, and industry standards.

Knowledgeable of industry trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to inform management and collaborate in developing company strategy.

Represent Yrefy at investor webinars, meetings, and conferences when needed.

Develop accurate investor records and engagement history, including prospects, in the approved CRM system.

Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Marketing to align messaging and reporting.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Onsite in-office full-time, with some scheduling flexibility required around television ads that run early morning, evening, and weekends.

Qualifications:

Sales experience

Licenses: SIE, Series 63, and Series 7 - Series 82 may be accepted temporarily

Satisfy all requirements of broker/dealer for dual employment

Excellent customer service skills.

Familiarity with equity and debt instruments

Strong listening and communication skills.

Ability to be flexible in scheduling for inbound call coverage.

Experience in fintech or student loan refinancing preferred

Ability to be licensed in all 50 states
