SMT Feeder – Manufacturing Experience 
A growing electronics manufacturer in Duluth, GA is seeking a focused, dependable SMT Feeder to keep its production line moving. This hands-on role puts you right where the work happens — feeding machines with care, staying organized, and helping the team hit its goals every shift. It's a great entry point into electronics manufacturing, with training provided for qualified candidates.
Schedule of the SMT Feeder:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (1st shift).
Pay Rate of the SMT Feeder:
$17.00 per hour
Responsibilities of the SMT Feeder:
  • Feed SMT machines with strong attention to detail, high throughput, and a low error rate.
  • Keep your work area neat, clean, and organized at all times.
  • Work effectively with individuals and teams to meet production goals.
  • Follow through on assigned tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a strong attendance record.
Qualifications of the SMT Feeder:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • General computer skills.
  • Production work experience.
  • Good eye-hand coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift or carry over 20 pounds.
  • Ability to distinguish colors, fine detail, and tones.
  • Soldering and SMT experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings is a plus.
  • IPC-610 knowledge is a plus.
  • J Standards knowledge is a plus.
  • Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
