Job description

The Atlanta Braves are seeking a driven, professional, and reliable candidate to serve as one of the spotlight operators at Truist Park. This individual will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class fan experience by providing proper and seamless lighting effects to contribute to the visual game day presentation.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage spotlight equipment during Braves games and ancillary events, with precise positioning and timing to enhance fan experience.

Maintain good communication with the production team, including producer and technical director, to ensure lighting is executed effectively and properly.

Follow all safety guidelines and best practices when operating lighting equipment.

Assist with the setup and breakdown of the lighting equipment when required.

Execute pre-game tests of lighting equipment to test performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Experience as a spotlight operator or in a similar role within live events.

Understanding of lighting techniques and equipment.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and to adapt to changing conditions.

Ability to follow game flow, timing, and cues from the production team.

Working knowledge of baseball gameplay and culture.

Availability to work all home games, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the MLB schedule.
