The Producer of Smosh Pit plays a central role in developing and delivering comedy-forward variety content across YouTube and social platforms. Reporting to the Director of Smosh Pit, this position blends creativity, coordination, and comedic instinct to support the day-to-day production of flagship Smosh Pit content. Ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving creative environment and loves creating compelling content as much as they love making people laugh.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience producing digital content, especially comedy, creator-led formats, or large-scale unscripted productions
- Background or training in improvisation, comedy, performance, or entertainment production
- Confident directing talent and collaborating with cast, crew, editors, and freelance creatives
- Strong awareness of pop culture, internet trends, and the evolving YouTube and digital media landscape
- Experience managing post-production workflows and providing editorial feedback
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and Monday.com
