Job Overview:

CBD/Vape/Smoke shop seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Please keep in mind, we cater to individuals that are 21 years of age and older. Position starts at $15 an hour during training. Pay will increase after successful completion of training and probationary period

We are hiring for the 2525 Wycliff Ave. Dallas, TX 75219 location. Applicant must have reliable transportation. Applicant must be punctual.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

- Restock and/or reorganize shelves when needed

- Sticker items when needed

-Create/print simple flyers to promote sales

- Post on company social media site/take pictures of products if needed
