Smile Design Dental Center is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 956 Bryan Road, O'Fallon, Missouri 63366

Work Schedule (open to part-time): Tuesday: 8:00am-6:00pm, Wednesday: 7:45am-5:00pm, Thursday: 7:15am-4:30pm, Friday: 7:45am-2:00pm

2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. 

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available! 

Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care. Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More!

Smile Design Dental Center, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
  • As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
