Monarch Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a Traveling Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our specialty periodontal team. In this role, you'll travel alongside our Periodontist, providing exceptional patient support at multiple Monarch Dental offices throughout the DFW metroplex.

• Welcome patients and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate specialty treatment visits.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients.
• Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, referring offices, and clinical teams.
• Travel with the periodontal team to assigned office locations.

• Previous dental front office or Patient Care Coordinator experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits.
• Understanding of dental terminology.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn practice management software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple office locations.

•  Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
