Hamburger Hut, the laid-back, high-energy heart of Leucadia, is looking for a dynamic and organized Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our crew. We're known for our breezy outdoor vibes, the best smash burgers in town, and a hospitality standard that keeps the good times rolling.

What You'll Do
  • Drive the Vibe: Oversee daily operations, ensuring our signature sun-soaked, high-energy atmosphere is maintained from open to close.
  • Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a hardworking FOH crew. You'll be the coach on the floor-setting the pace, correcting course in real-time, and fostering a "team-first" culture.
  • Elevate Hospitality: Act as the face of the Hut. You'll handle guest relations with grace, turning hiccups into high-fives and ensuring every local feels like a regular.
