Job description

Build your career with Ezee Fiber, proudly recognized by PCMag as the Best Overall ISP in the U.S. for 2026.

At Ezee Fiber, you'll do more than build a career; you'll help shape the future of connectivity. Every team member plays a vital role in delivering reliable, high-speed internet and exceptional customer experiences. Whether in the field, in the office, or behind the scenes, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

At Ezee Fiber, our success is built on delivering Speed, Simplicity, and Service in everything we do. Guided by our core values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, and Collaboration, we empower our employees to do the right thing, support one another, take ownership of their work, and work together to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and the communities we serve.

Ezee Fiber is seeking a technically strong and analytically minded PMO Analyst to build, administer, and continuously improve the platform intelligence layer that powers Ezee Fiber’s 6-state FTTH build portfolio.

The PMO Analyst owns the technical and analytical backbone of the department: Control Center workspace administration, executive dashboard development, workflow automation, variance alignment and portfolio reporting that surfaces risk and opportunity to Sr. Director and Executive-level audiences.

The Project Analyst will drive operational discipline, ensure data integrity, improve processes, and maintain strong executive-level communication with internal stakeholders. This individual brings advanced Smartsheet proficiency, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to translate raw project data into visibility, accountability, and action.

Smartsheet Platform Administration

  • Administer and expand the Smartsheet Control Center environment across all active markets and Engineering/Construction vendor portfolios
  • Build and maintain automated workflows, notification triggers, and approval routing
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards including HHP Variance (GLDS vs. Smartsheet), Missed SLAs, Due Date Variance, HHP Actual vs. Budget, CPH Actual vs. Budget, and Forecast Accuracy
  • Configure and manage Dynamic View for GC and field team data input
  • Manage workspace structure, user access, and permission levels across the organization
  • Lead standardization of project templates, intake forms, and execution frameworks across all markets
  • Maintain cross-system data integrity between Smartsheet, GLDS, ArcGIS and field reporting sources; identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Lead cross-functional onboarding to PMO tools—develop platform workflow documentation and track vendor and internal stakeholder adoption

Portfolio Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce weekly and monthly executive portfolio reports for Sr. Director and CFO-level audiences
  • Track and analyze key metrics to monitor portfolio health: HHP variance, SLA aging, due date variance, and milestone performance.
  • Support delivery forecasting and milestone aging analysis across the active build portfolio.
Identify reporting anomalies, escalate emerging risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Process & Governance

  • Document and maintain PMO standards, SOPs, and Smartsheet workflow logic
  • Partner with Program Managers to ensure data integrity across all market and GC-level sheets
  • Coordinate cross-functional data inputs from Engineering, Construction, and Network Deployment teams
  • Support development and rollout of standardized market execution frameworks

Education and Experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, construction management, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience is considered. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management, operations analyst, PMO support, or related role is required.

  • Advanced Smartsheet proficiency—hands-on Control Center, dashboard, automation, and Dynamic View experience required
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to build and present data to non-technical leadership audiences
  • Demonstrated financial literacy—familiarity with budget tracking, cost reporting, or SOW/PO processes
  • Experience in construction, telecommunications, utilities, or field operations industries preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with accuracy in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment

• Smartsheet Certification – preferred
• PMP (Project Management Professional) of CAPM—preferred
