Summary

Lead the Future of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure!  We’re seeking an experienced civil engineer to help drive the success of our Water and Wastewater group through technical leadership, project management, and client engagement. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of high-impact infrastructure projects, while also shaping the growth and direction of our practice.  Our firm takes a comprehensive, cost-effective approach to water and wastewater systems. For drinking water, we focus on reliable supply, exceptional quality, and systems designed for straightforward operation. When it comes to wastewater, we believe the best systems are nearly invisible, performing reliably in the background, with redundancy built in for planned maintenance or upgrades.

As a senior team member, you'll manage multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and driving innovation in how we deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions.
