Job description

Job Title

This position is responsible for loading and unload supply trucks, track and store material inventories, and rotate throughout the day to the box line as needed

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Unload, stack, and/or store and track inventories of supplies
  • Empty trash from box room daily
  • Load cardboard recycling truck with boxes and combos
  • Able to operate and obtain a forklift license
  • Stack Boxes on pallets by product code
  • Keeping the area clean
  • All other duties assigned by leader
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines
  • Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
  • Able to lift continuously up to 50 lbs stacking pallets
Education And/Or Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6 months' production experience preferred
Communication Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to read labels, order summaries and communicate via radio.

Physical Requirements / Environment
  • Stand/Walk: Continuously up to 8 hours
  • Lift/Carry: Frequently (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Push/Pull: Frequently (up to 50lbs)
  • Bend/stoop/squat: Frequently
  • Physical Environment: Continuously working around moving machinery, working in a damp, slippery and cold environment (Below 40ยฐ F)

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must have six months of forklift experience documented in the application.
