Part-Time Dental Hygienist (2 Days/Week)
Location: Brick and Monroe, NJ
Schedule: 2 Days per Week (1 day at each practice - preferably Mondays and Thursdays)

We are seeking one motivated, patient-centered Part-Time Dental Hygienist to support two of our New Jersey practices-one day per week in Monroe, NJ and one day per week in Brick, NJ.
This role is ideal for a Hygienist who values flexibility, consistency, and a supportive clinical environment. You'll work with a strong and loyal patient base alongside a collaborative care team focused on high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient experience.
This position is open to both experienced Hygienists and recent graduates.Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide exceptional, compassionate patient care
  • Take, develop, and evaluate dental X-rays
  • Assess patients' oral health conditions and report findings to the dentist
  • Document patient care and treatment plans thoroughly
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and home-care techniques
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and compliant operatory
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Active Dental Hygiene License (Required)
  • Local Anesthesia Certification (Preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Ability to work one consistent day per week at each location
  • Flexibility and reliability across both practice sites
Knowledge & Skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate clinical information to patients and dental professionals
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and patient rapport
  • Ability to adapt smoothly between two practice environments
