Job description

The City of Ferndale is seeking a dependable, community-minded Community Transportation Driver & Dispatcher to join our Parks & Recreation team. This role plays a vital part in helping residents stay connected through safe, reliable, and friendly transportation services.

The Ferndale Community Transportation Driver & Dispatcher will work under the supervision of the Recreation Manager & Program Specialist and operate the Ferndale Ride SMART Bus Shuttle (and other department vehicles). In addition to the operation of the Shuttle, they will assist with senior programming, planning, dispatching and operating the Ferndale Ride SMART Bus Transportation System.
