What You'll Do
  • Manage the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing
  • Gather complete order requirements, schedule orders, and monitor job progress
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed
  • Follow up on submittals to ensure timely approval and processing
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, on-time product delivery
  • Coordinate field support visits and ensure resolution of issues
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP and internal systems
  • Attend team meetings and assist with departmental support as needed
What You'll Need

   Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
   Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
   Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Titan or similar preferred)
   Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and production drawings
   Working knowledge of CP&P products and their applications preferred
   Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently

Your Education
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education, training, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, project management, or construction site development
