JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assemble small parts to fine wire: pins, terminals, screws, heat shrink, etc.

· Assemble connectors onto fine wire using common hand tools

· Sand blasting, belt sanding, and wire finishing of metallic components

· Safe utilization of chemical agents for etching, cleaning, potting, etc.

· In-process testing

· Computerized welding of small gauge wire (after training)

· Brazing of small components and wire (after training)

· TIG welding small components and wire (after training)

· Winding/coiling of product for packaging

· Follow standard production processes

· Communicate with designated staff to improve products/process

· Inspect work in-process and ensure proper quality in each step

· Complete product and material changeovers

· Continually improve your skills, job processes and work environment

· Perform job duties to meet quality and on-time delivery goals

· Contribute to team effort in a collaborative and supportive manner

· Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety standards and procedures
