Do you have a passion for premium kitchen appliances and love sharing your expertise? We’re seeking a Part-Time Training Specialist to represent SMEG, the iconic Italian brand celebrated for its beautifully designed large and small kitchen appliances.  In this role, you’ll visit select specialty retailers 1–2 times per month to educate retail associates on SMEG products, deliver product updates, and ensure brand displays meet visual standards. This is a low-commitment, high-impact opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with others and bringing product stories to life.

  • Educate retail store associates on the Smeg brand and product line 
  • Deliver product training in both 1-on-1 and small group formats 
  • Ensure displays are functional, clean, and visually aligned with brand standards 
  • Travel within your assigned territory (up to 30 miles) for scheduled training visits 
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to your supervisor 

Experience and Education: 

  • 1+ years of retail, sales, marketing, or training experience preferred 

Skills and Attributes: 

  • A kitchen gadget enthusiast who values both performance and aesthetics 
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and training skills 
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in a store environment 
  • Comfortable using basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
