Mask Transport LLC is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Salem, OR. The Company is opening a 2nd Location in Redmond OR beginning in May 2026.

Join our dynamic team as a Package Delivery Driver and be the vital link between our company and our valued customers! This energetic role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service while navigating routes efficiently and safely. As a Package Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods using XL Cargo Vans or similar vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Your enthusiasm, driving skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will help us maintain our reputation for reliability and excellence.

Job Description
  • Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and securing items during transit.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
  • Provide rescue assistance to other drivers as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, receipts, and any issues encountered during transport.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
  • Eligible to work in the U.S
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successfully pass a criminal and DMV background check (7 years).
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (4-panel UA)
  • Must have a Valid Driver License (Non-CDL Class C)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be comfortable driving in large cargo vans
  • Previous experience in route driving or as a courier preferred.

Additional Information

Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
  • Walk several miles per day.
  • Climb in and out of a XL van several hundred times per day.
  • Walk up and down stairs throughout your shift.
  • Must be able to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch and/or stretch during shifts up to 11 hours long.
  • Able to work in hot/cold climates, varying weather conditions and at night on rural roads.
