Sunshine Quality Solutions is actively seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment for our valued customers and dealers. Reporting to various levels of management, you will execute service tasks with occasional guidance.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Engage in ongoing Service EDUCATE Training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge, staying current with industry advancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of John Deere products and competitive equipment, enabling informed service and recommendations.
  • Ensure the proper upkeep of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
