TDL Staffing is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Small Engine Mechanic to join a fast-paced retail sales and service shop specializing in outdoor power equipment and heating systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on diagnostic and repair work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently while managing multiple repair tasks.
In this role, you’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of commercial and residential small engine equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and two- and four-stroke gasoline engines. The position also includes oil heater repair and installation work.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engine equipment and related systems
- Perform troubleshooting and determine necessary replacement parts
- Repair and service commercial and residential outdoor power equipment
