Job Summary:

They are seeking a Senior Business Administrator to support process improvement through analysis, conduct statistical analysis, and perform record keeping functions to enhance decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support process improvement through analysis using internal program and external benchmark data
โ€ข Determine areas of risk and improvement by developing, refining, and monitoring metrics to create identification of and justification for improvements
โ€ข Conduct statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products
โ€ข Perform record keeping functions, ensuring all visualization and production activities (visualization requests, product formatting, dissemination) are captured within the relevant database
โ€ข Perform ad hoc and recurring business analytic support including business process mapping of intelligence-related activities, performance measures, stakeholder surveys, statistical analysis, and process improvement analysis
โ€ข Produce ad hoc graphical representations of data/metrics of existing DCD applications and services (PWS 4.7.3.16)
โ€ข Create and maintain dashboards for data visualization and storytelling of various transactions across all DCD branches, using tools such as PowerBI (PWS 4.7.3.17)
โ€ข Provide ad hoc and scheduled custom visualizations based on specific Government requirements (PWS 4.7.3.18)
โ€ข Track technical issues impacting intelligence operations by monitoring the DCD ticketing system and engaging with personnel; recommend solutions (PWS 4.7.3.15)
โ€ข Assist DCD in organizing metrics data inputted by respective branches into visual models that highlight actionable trends to enable Government decision-making

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
