Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Operator - Slurry Mixer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare and mix coating materials by following precise formulas, operate production equipment, perform quality checks, and help coat ceramic membrane products used in advanced filtration systems.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality products.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and mix coating materials by following production recipes
  • Accurately weigh ingredients using calibrated scales
  • Operate mixers, pumps, and coating equipment
  • Perform quality checks, including viscosity and pH testing
  • Monitor the coating process to ensure consistent product quality
  • Inspect finished products for defects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and production recipes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and good work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
