Job description

Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – School

Employment Type: W2 Contract
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Length: 36 weeks
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Openings: 1

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $44.00
  • Estimated Total Contract Earnings: $59,400
Key Details

School-based SLPA role supporting speech-language services across two middle school sites. Responsibilities include assisting the Speech Language Pathologist with therapy implementation, student support, and documentation while working collaboratively with school staff. Position located in a well-funded district in a desirable area of Colorado with a diverse student population.

Minimum Requirements
  • License: Current SLPA certification/licensure in the state of practice
  • Education: Associate’s degree from an SLPA program or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year under current licensure preferred; prior school-based experience preferred
