We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a supportive school-based team in Reno, Nevada. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work collaboratively with educators and families while helping students develop essential communication skills for academic success.
Position Details
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: 7.5 hours per day
Location: Reno, NV
Number of Schools Assigned: TBD
Caseload: TBD/Unknown
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
Support students in improving articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication skills
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Active Nevada SLP credentials and educator certifications required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
