Job description

Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting students in a vibrant school setting as a Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time role covers a maternity leave from September 4, 2026, to December 11, 2026, working on-site with elementary and middle school students. The position offers the chance to make a difference in young lives, collaborating with educators and parents within a supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois SLP license (required)
  • SLP-CCC and school-based SLP experience
  • Previous experience in school settings with elementary and middle school populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt interventions to individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to assigned students
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate communication, speech, and language needs
