Job description

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER

Get Paid to Shoot. Get Paid More to Perform.
This is not a slow-paced studio job.
We’re looking for high-energy photographers who can shoot efficiently, direct confidently, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

If you like staying busy, working with people, and getting paid based on your performance—keep reading.

Compensation (Where This Stands Out)

  • Hourly + bonuses + tips
  • Top photographers regularly earn:
    • Substantial bonuses per pay period
    • Additional tips from guests
  • The more you produce and perform, the more you make—no ceiling during peak season

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Photograph individuals, couples, and large groups (fast turnover)
  • Direct posing quickly and confidently (this is HUGE)
  • Capture high-selling images (you’re shooting to SELL, not just shoot)
  • Work across multiple themed sets (Western, Victorian, 1920s, etc.)
  • Maintain consistent lighting, composition, and pacing under pressure

You’ll often be working with multiple groups at once. Efficiency matters.

This Role Is PERFECT For You If You:

  • Can confidently pose and direct people (not just take pictures)
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Understand that great photos = great sales
  • Can stay consistent with lighting and framing every time
  • Have strong energy and engage well with customers
  • Want to make money based on performance, not just hourly pay

This Role Is NOT For You If You:

  • Prefer slow, artistic, low-volume shoots
  • Struggle to direct or speak confidently to groups
  • Get overwhelmed when it’s busy
  • Want full creative control over every image
  • Aren’t comfortable working with a steady flow of customers

What Makes Our Photographers Successful

  • Speed without sacrificing quality
  • Strong posing + communication skills
  • Ability to “set the scene” and create sellable moments
  • Consistency (lighting, framing, exposure every time)
  • Positive, high-energy attitude—even during rushes

Expectations

  • Must be available weekends & holidays (closed Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter)
  • High-volume days require focus and stamina

⭐ Why This Is Different

  • You’ll build real-world speed, confidence, and people skills fast
  • Performance-based income with real upside
  • Work in one of the top-rated attractions in Pigeon Forge
