Job description

The Plateau Travel Plaza is expanding—and so is our gaming operation! With the recent expansion of our gaming floor to 150 Class II slot machines, we are looking for a Class II Slots Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations and support an excellent guest experience in our newly remodeled facility.

This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in leadership, and knows how to balance guest service with operational oversight. As a supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting team members, maintaining compliance, and ensuring our gaming floor runs smoothly on every shift.

What you’ll do

  • Supervise daily operations of the Class II gaming floor
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to slot attendants and team members
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies
  • Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and operational needs
  • Monitor the gaming floor to maintain integrity, safety, and a positive guest experience
  • Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely

Benefits, Compensation, & Perks

The starting wage for a Class II Slots Supervisor is $20.00 per hour plus tips, depending on experience. We also offer a shift differential for non-standard hours, ranging from an additional $0.50 to $2.50 per hour, depending on the shift worked.

  • Previous gaming, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and work well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow and enforce gaming regulations and procedures
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and being active on the gaming floor for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass a criminal history background check and gaming license requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to obtain the required gaming license
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License and insurability preferred
