Job description

The impact you'll make
As a Order Fulfillment Program/Project Manager at Lam, you will execute global initiatives focused on order readiness and pre-slot milestone management. This role ensures all customer orders are fully configured, accurately quoted, and ready for initial slotting based on Production Plan and SAP target ship date forecasting. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Regional Sales Operations, Product Group, NSR Engineering, and internal Order Fulfillment teams to drive adherence to pre-slot milestones on all records globally. In this role, you will directly contribute to the reduction of impactful & costly inside leadtime exception based change activity.
What you'll do
  • Program Leadership: Develop and manage a global process for order readiness and pre-slot milestone mgmt in alignment with Production Planning initiatives.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Sales Operations, Product Groups, NSR Engineering, and internal Order Fulfillment teams to ensure timely configuration and quote completion.
  • Risk Management: resolve readiness issue impacting slotting schedule & utilize the Lam Mgmt System (LMS) to drive for timely resolution & decision-making.
  • Order Readiness Mgmt: Validate configuration accuracy and completeness for all orders prior to slotting & enforce adherence to pre-slot milestones for all records globally.
  • Communications: Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track progress against milestones and provide visibility to leadership on risks, delays, & corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in order readiness processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy, leveraging SAP & production planning tools & applications.

Who we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP LPR, production planning, and order management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage global projects and collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with manufacturing environments and complex product configurations.
  • Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process & slotting processes.

Salary
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $211,000.00.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
