ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed:

  • Administers, supervises, and trains Slot Department personnel during assigned shifts
  • Ensures all team members follow proper procedures and operational standards
  • Resolves guest disputes escalated beyond subordinate team members
  • Enforces safety policies and reports any hazards or violations
  • Coordinates with Security to prevent cheating or damage to slot machines
  • Collaborates with other casino departments to support guest service initiatives
  • Provides guidance and instruction to staff for optimal performance
  • Ensures compliance with Title 31 Gaming Regulations within the Slot Department
  • Responsible for hiring and terminating Slot team members
  • Delivers courteous and professional service to staff and guests
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 5 years of management-level experience in Slot Operations, including supervisory responsibilities
  • Basic understanding of slot machines and electronic gaming equipment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English
  • Effective collaboration with staff and management across departments
  • Competent in basic and intermediate math functions
  • Thorough knowledge of company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards
  • Professional, confident, and well-groomed presentation
  • Working knowledge of all supervised positions and associated skill sets
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Familiarity with computer systems and operational software

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations
  • Valid Alcohol Awareness Card required
