At Intellistars ABA, we believe in providing personalized care to each child, and we're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, focusing on children with developmental disabilities.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Douglasville, GA. The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children, and possess strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively. You will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and families.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals
  • Assist in developing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a cohesive approach
  • Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for clients

Requirements:
  • Certificate in RBT training
  • Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
