We're seeking experienced Contact Center Representatives with an active Florida 20-44 Personal Lines Agent License.

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday 

As a Policy Services Representative, you'll be the trusted voice for our customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs while making a meaningful impact on their experience with Slide.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to policy-related inquiries via multiple communication channels
  • Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and coverage questions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy activity
  • Support call center performance goals related to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
What You Bring
  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of recent contact center or call center experience
  • Active Florida 20-44 P&C Personal Lines Agent License or 90-44 Non-Resident Personal Lines License required
  • Homeowners insurance experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
