Individuals will work on 2-3 separate lines handling fiberglass boards weighing 5 to 25 lbs and fiberglass ceiling tiles weighing about 2.4 lbs each.
Primary duties of the Production Associate include:
• Flip and slide fiberglass boards onto a moving conveyor one at a time.
• Inspect tiles on a moving conveyor.
• Stack pairs of ceiling tiles coming off the moving conveyor dropping 3-12 inches to another stationery conveyor where they are stacked straight in a set of 8, 10, or 12. When the tile drops, the employee helps to straighten up the stack.
• Slide the sleeve to cover outside one or two stacks of ceiling tiles then bundle into another moving conveyor.

• Carry stack of finished products from a stationary conveyor to a pallet then place onto lifting table which uses a motorized hydraulic.
• Load gravity fed accumulating conveyor with stacks of fiberglass boards.
Requirements of the Production Associate include:
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Lift stack weighing up to 60 lbs.
