Job Description CDL-A FedEx OTR Team Drivers | $1,800-$2,200/Week | 4,500+ Miles Ger Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A Team Drivers to run dedicated FedEx Ground OTR routes out of Bloomington, CA. Earn $1,800-$2,200 per driver/week with consistent 4,500-6,500 team miles, no-touch freight, and dependable home time between runs. Drive dedicated FedEx Ground routes with late-model automatic sleeper trucks and a team-focused operation built around keeping drivers moving.

Why Drivers Choose Ger Trucking Earn $1,800-$2,200 per driver/week 4,500-6,500 team miles per week Dedicated FedEx Ground OTR routes Home between runs (typically 24-48 hours) 100% no-touch freight Drop & hook operation Late-model Freightliner and Volvo automatic sleeper trucks Assigned trucks whenever possible Weekly direct deposit Performance, safety, and clean inspection bonuses ($50-$100) Holiday bonuses based on tenure Paid vacation after 6 months Pay & Benefits Average $1,800-$2,200 per driver per week $500 Sign-On Bonus after 30 days Weekly direct deposit Home between runs (typically 24-48 hours) Assigned trucks whenever possible (minimal slip seating) Route Details Dedicated FedEx Ground OTR team routes Hub-to-hub operation Drop & hook freight No-touch loads Average 4,500-6,500 miles per week Terminal based in Bloomington, CA 92316 Schedule Full-time OTR team position Typically 4-5 days on the road with 1-2 days home Weekend availability required Dispatch window: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM Dispatch notifications provided approximately 24 hours in advance Equipment Late-model Freightliner and Volvo automatic sleeper trucks Assigned trucks whenever possible Minimal slip seating Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Doubles endorsement required Minimum age: 21 Able to read, write, and speak English Verifiable work history required Experience requirements: 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, OR 5 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years, OR 6 months of experience after graduating from a FedEx-approved driving school Team Opportunities Existing teams are preferred, but we are happy to help pair qualified solo drivers.
