These drivers typically transport goods or passengers over short distances and are often employed by courier services, retail companies, or local businesses. Entry level positions usually require a standard driver’s license, a clean driving record, and basic customer service skills. The role is ideal for those starting a career in driving or logistics without prior experience or specialized licensing.

What are some driving jobs that don't require CDL?

Additionally, maintaining clear communication with dispatchers and team members is crucial for resolving unexpected issues. Most companies provide initial training and ongoing support to help new drivers gain confidence and develop their skills over time.
