What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
  • Join an established team of 8 Providers
  • Call structure: No call!
  • Practice setting: Outpatient
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Comprehensive Patient Care: Obtain detailed histories, perform physical examinations, and accurately diagnose and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic internal medicine conditions.
  • Patient & Family Empowerment: Counsel and educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment options, preventative health strategies, and chronic disease self-management.

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Preferred Credential(s):
    • BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Education:
  • Master's degree of Nursing required.
