Description

The Sleep Technologist performs comprehensive adult and pediatric polysomnographic testing, analysis, patient care and education, and associated interventions including diagnostic and therapeutic services such as CPAP, Bi-level, ASV, and O2 titration, under the general oversight of the Lab Supervisor, Manager, Director, or designee. A Polysomnographic Technologist can also provide oversight and training of other staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Upon hire:

  • National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists --or--

  • National Certified Polysomnographic Technician - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists

  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • Documented proficiency of all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technologist.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree
