The Senior Sales and Sleep Lab Manager role manages and directs the Sales Team in meeting sales and profit goals. In this position, you are also responsible for:
  • Leading the store sales team in meeting or exceeding sales goals while maintaining an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Provides coaching, direction for Sales Managers and sales employees.
  • Interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing, supervising, motivating, evaluating, and scheduling Sales Consultants
  • Identifying training and procedural needs to increase sales productivity, making recommendations to L and D and Store Manager and implementing necessary changes
  • Reviewing and analyzing sales reports to monitor the productivity level of Sales Consultants and ensuring that all budgeted sales goals are met
  • Responding to escalated customer service issues and resolving problems
  • Monitoring sales floor to ensure all guests are being assisted by sales personnel

The qualified candidate must have:
  • Minimum 5 years combined sales and management in high volume major retailer or equivalent education/experience
  • Ability to motivate, lead and direct others including managers
  • Solid understanding of product knowledge as it pertains to the furniture industry
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

The qualified candidate must have:
  • Minimum 5 years combined sales and management in high volume major retailer or equivalent education/experience
  • Ability to motivate, lead and direct others
  • Solid understanding of product knowledge as it pertains to the furniture and bedding industry as well as commission experience preferred
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year
We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
