Do you love organizing, anticipating needs, and keeping things running seamlessly? We're looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant to support our CEO so he can stay focused on high-impact, strategic work.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and gets energy from helping others succeed.
What you'll do:
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, emails, meetings, and travel.
  • Prioritize tasks and communications to keep him focused on key decisions.
  • Support with personal tasks to free up time for business growth.
  • Handle office operations, resources, and supplies to keep things running smoothly.
  • Oversee budgets for travel and operations, driving efficiency and cost savings.
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
  • Build out our presence in Austin-help us grow our reputation as one of the fastest-growing companies and best places to work.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.

What we're looking for:
  • At least 2+ years of Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience.
  • Based in the Austin metro area (this is an in-person, 5 days/week role at our West Lake Hills office).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded.
  • Excellent communicator with strong people skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Self-sufficient, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
