Raindrop Car Wash is dedicated to delivering a consistently excellent car washing experience. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly atmosphere, maintaining a clean and welcoming facility, and providing a high-quality wash every time. Our team plays a vital role in making each customer visit smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.


Position Summary
The Shift Lead acts as an extension of site management, supporting daily operations and helping ensure the team performs at a high level. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the wash tunnel running efficiently during assigned shifts. While not responsible for full-site leadership, the Shift Lead is expected to uphold company standards, coach team members in real time, and assist with basic troubleshooting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales while operating in the kiosk lane, especially during peak hours
  • Serve as acting supervisor when upper management is not present
  • Ensure proper staffing coverage and positioning of customer service associates
  • Provide immediate coaching, feedback, and redirection as needed
  • Keep prep, lot, and kiosk operations organized, active, and on schedule
  • Monitor tunnel performance and assist with maintaining uptime
  • Identify, document, and resolve basic equipment or chemical delivery issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment
