The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Product & Business Analyst to to help drive growth across our US & Canada markets. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our strategy efforts—diving deep into financial performance, product funnels, marketing campaigns, and sales data to uncover insights that guide decision-making. As part of a small team and a growth market, you’ll flex across all aspects of the business, from P&L analysis to product optimization, ensuring we focus on the right opportunities and deliver impact. This role reports into the Director of Product & Marketing, US & Canada.


This is a hybrid role based out of Norwalk, CA.


In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Analyze financial, product, and marketing data to identify trends, root causes, and growth opportunities.

  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to conversion, campaign performance, and profitability.

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for leadership and HQ product teams.

  • Collaborate with product, user research, and other cross-functional teams to support multi-channel, localization strategies.

  • Monitor competitive and market dynamics, providing data-driven input into strategic planning.

  • Drive business optimizations through structured analysis and timely performance diagnostics.


What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product, business, or data analysis, preferable in travel or e-commerce. Experience in consulting or investment banking with strong analytical exposure also highly valued.

  • Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills (Tableau or similar).

  • Proven ability to extract data-driven and actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Results-oriented with strong ownership and curiosity to dig deep.

  • Proactive and growth-minded with a data-driven approach to continuously optimize strategies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business.

  • Mandarin is a plus.

  • Valid working permit/visa in the US (no sponsorship)
