• Conduct teletherapy sessions to assess patient emotional and mental health issues through comprehensive evaluation techniques.
• Perform and compile mental health evaluations, gathering important historical and diagnostic data to aid in treatment planning.
• Develop individualized behavioral health treatment plans that identify specific therapeutic interventions geared toward achieving measurable patient outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support patients during virtual sessions, ensuring they have the necessary tools for coping and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, including examination notes, treatment progress, and patient feedback to comply with healthcare regulations.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and participate in ongoing training to improve clinical skills.
• Assist in fostering a culture of compassionate care that aligns with Skyrise's mission and values.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of mental health conditions. Our clients include individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds who seek help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Your expertise will not only provide support to these individuals but also empower them on their journey toward improved mental health.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid professional license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are fundamental for effective patient engagement.
• Commitment to continuous learning and applying evidence-based psychosocial interventions is essential.
• Proficient experience with electronic clinical systems and electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is a strong advantage.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling services is highly desirable, as this role primarily involves remote patient interactions.
• Familiarity with advanced therapy methodologies and proven track records in patient outcomes will enhance your candidacy.
