 Compensation: $80K to $100K base + performance bonus tied to GMV growth and profitability

We've already built a strong foundation across social, creators, and ecommerce. The next step is turning TikTok Shop and our affiliate ecosystem into a significantly larger, predictable revenue channel.
We're a lean, fast-moving team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a major growth channel, build the systems around it, and directly impact how Alleyoop scales.

Role Overview
You will own and scale Alleyoop's TikTok Shop affiliate growth engine.
Your responsibility is to turn affiliate content into a predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue system.
You are directly accountable for:

• Affiliate TikTok Shop GMV
• Organic views generated by affiliate content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Cost efficiency across creator retainers, CPMs, commissions, and payouts
• Creator recruitment, activation, retention, and output
• Scaling winning content across the affiliate network

You do not own Alleyoop's brand account content. You own the affiliate ecosystem and its ability to generate revenue, distribution, and a consistent pipeline of proven creative for paid channels.
You will report directly to the Founder and are expected to operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy.

What You'll Do
Own the TikTok Shop Revenue Engine
Lead affiliate TikTok Shop GMV with direct accountability for topline growth and profitability.
Own the numbers, understand what is driving them, and know exactly what needs to happen next to accelerate growth.
Build and Scale the Affiliate System
Build a large, active creator network capable of producing content at significant volume.
Own:

• Creator recruitment and outreach
• Seeding and onboarding
• Creator activation
• Content output
• Creator KPIs
• Retention
• Commission and incentive structures
• Winning concept distribution
• Remake velocity

The goal is not simply having more affiliates. The goal is building a creator network that consistently produces content, views, and GMV.
Scale Winning Content
When a creator finds a winning hook, angle, or format, move quickly.
Build the system that identifies winners, distributes them across creators, tests new variations, and extracts as much GMV as possible from each concept.
A winner should never stay isolated to one creator.
Own Product and SKU Strategy
Understand which products have the strongest TikTok Shop potential and build creator strategy around them.

• Identify breakout SKUs
• Build product-specific creator pushes
• Test different positioning and use cases
• Develop launch strategies for new products
• Double down aggressively when products begin converting

Close the Paid Media Loop
TikTok Shop should also function as a creative testing engine for the broader business.
Identify winning affiliate hooks, angles, concepts, and creatives, then package those learnings for Meta, Google/YouTube, and other paid channels.
The goal is for learnings from TikTok to compound across the entire media mix.
Analyze, Forecast & Report
Own daily and weekly performance reporting across the channel.
You should have clear visibility into:

• GMV by SKU
• GMV by creator
• Content volume
• Organic views
• Creator productivity
• Cost per video
• Cost per view
• Creator retention
• Winning concepts
• Remake velocity
• Emerging products and creators

Turn that data into clear actions for leadership, inventory planning, product launches, and creator strategy.
Own the Social Commerce Calendar
Build weekly, monthly, and seasonal plans around:

• Product launches
• Creator pushes
• TikTok Shop promotions
• Platform events
• Seasonal moments
• Viral opportunities
• Affiliate incentives

Build Platform Relationships
Work directly with TikTok and other social commerce partners to unlock new programs, promotional opportunities, affiliate initiatives, and platform support.
Cross-Functional Execution
Work closely with ecommerce, creative, paid media, influencer, product, planning, and operations.
This is an operator role. You will be expected to identify opportunities and move quickly to execute them.

• Affiliate TikTok Shop GMV grows consistently month over month
• A large and growing base of active creators posts every week
• Winning concepts are identified and replicated quickly
• Creators remain active and engaged with Alleyoop
• Creator content volume scales without costs scaling disproportionately
• Clear visibility exists across creator, content, product, and GMV performance
• New product launches quickly generate meaningful creator adoption
• Affiliate content consistently feeds winning creative into paid media
• TikTok Shop becomes a predictable and increasingly significant revenue channel

You will directly own and report on:

• Affiliate TikTok Shop GMV, overall and by SKU
• Organic affiliate views across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Number of active creators
• Videos per active creator
• GMV per active creator
• Cost per video
• Cost per view
• Creator activation rate
• Creator retention rate
• Winning concepts identified
• Remake rate and winner replication
• GMV generated from replicated concepts
• Overall affiliate profitability

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience scaling TikTok Shop, social commerce, or affiliate-driven revenue
• Deep understanding of TikTok creators and what actually converts
• Strong content instincts paired with analytical thinking
• Has managed meaningful GMV, not just creator relationships
• Understands creator recruitment, activation, retention, and incentives
• Can build scalable systems instead of relying on one-off wins
• Strong operator who is comfortable owning aggressive targets
• Experience managing teams, VAs, agencies, or large creator networks
• Strong interpersonal skills with creators and platform partners
• Extremely proactive and comfortable moving quickly
• High ownership mentality
