Job description

About the Role

JUS Official Services is looking for an Executive Booking Agent to join our executive team and focus specifically on booking opportunities for Cosplayers, V-Tubers, Gamers, Streamers, and other digital creators.

This role is designed for someone who understands online communities and digital entertainment and can turn creator audiences and online brands into real-world opportunities, including conventions, appearances, sponsorship events, gaming events, creator events, live streams, collaborations, and other paid opportunities.

The Executive Booking Agent will work directly under the Owner/Founder/CEO and will be responsible for actively finding, developing, and securing opportunities for assigned creators.

Responsibilities

  • Find and pursue paid opportunities for assigned creators
  • Contact conventions, gaming events, companies, promoters, event organizers, venues, and other potential partners
  • Identify opportunities for creator appearances, panels, meet-and-greets, performances, collaborations, and events
  • Research conventions, expos, gaming events, creator events, and other relevant opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and industry research
  • Build professional relationships with event organizers and companies
  • Negotiate opportunities and assist with securing agreements
  • Maintain organized records of leads, contacts, offers, and confirmed opportunities
  • Communicate opportunities and important information to assigned creators
  • Work with the JUS Official Services team to coordinate opportunities
  • Provide regular updates to the Owner/Founder/CEO
  • Represent JUS Official Services and its creators professionally
  • Look for creative ways to turn a creator's audience, skills, and brand into new opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable communicating with businesses, event organizers, conventions, and creators
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Understanding of social media and online creator communities
  • Familiarity with gaming, streaming, cosplay, V-Tubing, conventions, or online entertainment
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Professional and reliable communication
  • Ability to recognize opportunities that match different types of creators

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with commission-only compensation during the initial 30-day period
  • Must be willing to perform consistent outreach and business development
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, social media outreach, and networking
  • Must be able to work independently and manage assigned creators
  • Must maintain professional communication with clients and potential partners
  • Must track leads, conversations, opportunities, and results
  • Must be willing to put in the effort necessary to build a successful booking pipeline
  • Must represent JUS Official Services and its clients professionally

Minimum Experience

At least 1 year of experience in sales, booking, talent management, influencer management, creator management, event coordination, business development, entertainment, gaming, social media, or a related field is preferred.

Experience working directly with creators, streamers, cosplayers, V-Tubers, gaming communities, conventions, or online entertainment is strongly preferred.

Candidates without direct industry experience may still be considered if they demonstrate strong sales ability, communication skills, networking ability, and an understanding of online creator culture.

Commission-Only Evaluation Period

This position begins as a commission-only Independent Contractor opportunity. The first 30 days are an evaluation period designed to identify people who are willing to put in the work, produce results, and demonstrate that they can succeed in an executive-level role.

Those who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, consistency, and results during the first 30 days may be selected to continue in the executive position and transition into a very generous salary-based compensation structure.

We are specifically looking for people who are willing to put in the effort required to build something long-term. The 30-day commission-only period allows both the company and the candidate to determine whether the individual can produce results and succeed in the role.
