Description
Are you a person that is passionate about professionalism, beauty and hospitality? Then Skn Bar Rx would love to build a relationship with you! We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivating, fun, and caring people to help to provide meaningful experiences for our patients. Skn Bar Rx is looking for a Patient Coordinator to support the retail store and medical spa at of our Shorewood and Pewaukee locations.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct retail store operations such as opening or closing the location and scheduling reservations.
  • Help to promote the location and team members via social media.
  • Assist to achieve set service and retail sales goals.
  • Assist with inventory, laundry and other operational tasks.
  • Maintain product knowledge of our retail products.
Qualifications:
  • Two years' experience in the Medi-spa or beauty industry.
  • Experience with inventory management/control
  • Exceptional customer interaction skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Prior experience with Zenoti is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends
  • Must be open to driving to both SKN Bar locations (based on the needs of the business)
