We are seeking part-time and full-time cooks at The Skinny Pancake in the Burlington International Airport (BTV) who are passionate about local food, working as a team, and contributing to three busy restaurants. Hospitality is a team sport, so cooks can expect to spend time spinning crepes, dishwashing, and doing prep to ensure clean, smooth operations and happy guests. 

Cook compensation includes a competitive base wage plus a back-of-house revenue share split amongst staff (varies based on business volume and shift). This position has a base rate of $18-$22/hour plus an average RevShare of $5/hour. When we're busier, your pay goes up!

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform opening and closing duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Food prep, cooking, crepe spinning, cleaning and dishwashing
• Handle multiple food orders efficiently
• Follow recipes and portion control
• Follow sanitation procedures 
• Perform general cleaning and restocking
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests
• Balance high volume with high-quality
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Work in a team-oriented, collaborative manner 
• Adhering to TSA security requirements
