  • Customer Retention & Reactivation: Proactively re-engage inactive accounts and identify solutions to overcome barriers to purchasing.
  • Industry Events: Represent Face Reality at regional and national tradeshows, conferences, and events to drive brand visibility and generate leads.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline progression, and territory plans using CRM (Zoho).
  • Operational Support: Coordinate delivery of product samples, promotional materials, and sales tools to support account success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Clinical credibility, with the ability to educate, train, and present both in person and virtually. Esthetician license, RN, or other medical background is strongly preferred.
  • A builder's mindset with a proven ability to grow new verticals-whether through startup experience or by launching new markets in established companies.

  • Strong existing relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and other aesthetic decision-makers.
  • Track record of performance, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets-President's Club or Top Performer recognition is a strong advantage.
  • Highly autonomous and resourceful, able to manage a multi-state territory, prioritize accounts, and navigate complex sales cycles independently.
  • Strategic and analytical, with experience in sales planning, territory forecasting, and using CRM tools (Zoho preferred) to drive results.
  • Technically proficient, with solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using digital tools to stay organized and connected on the road.
  • Passion for skincare and results-driven aesthetics, with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100%, including some evenings and weekends, with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record, as verified through a DMV screening process..
