Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX for an Esthetics Instructor. The Esthetics Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum focused on cosmetology, skin care, and advanced aesthetics techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities include teaching and training students, overseeing hands-on learning in controlled environments, assessing student performance, and providing mentorship. The instructor will also ensure adherence to TDLR and BPPE educational standards and guidelines.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Estheology Skin Care practices
  • Experience in Teaching and Training, including student engagement and mentorship
  • Skill in developing and implementing effective Curriculum Development strategies
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, including advanced and medical aesthetics
  • TDLR Esthetics Instructor License required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for educating and motivating aspiring beauty professionals
  • Previous experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
